Storytelling chatbot and AI search engine for Bosch
For the corporate website of Bosch I led two teams to redesign and refactor the award-winning
conversational storytelling chatbot Frizz, as well as a concept and design validation for a LLM-powered
conversational AI search companion.After the initial launch of the storytelling chatbot Frizz we were brought on board to improve the
tone-of-voice, backend usability and scalability in Cognigy.AI as well as for the development of new
functionalities.We fundamentally redesigned and enhanced the user experience and handwritten dialogue for Frizz and tested
new features such as more distinguishable entry points, an improved chat interface and voice functionalities
for better accessibility.Frizz ultimately won two nominations at the DPOK↗ in 2023.
The other component I worked on was the concept and validation of a LLM-powered search and guide for the
Bosch corporate website that would give users access to content and knowledge with verbal cues.We developed new UX patterns inspired by apple-picking, and rich media interactions for all Bosch
conversational AI interfaces in close collaboration with the center of excellence within the company.This project also included several user tests and iterations with interactive prototypes to develop a
concept with the highest possible acceptance rate on launch.This website does not use any personal information or tracking, though it contains links to external
websites of third parties over whose content I have no influence. I cannot accept any liability for this
